Food is permitted, must have a representative present to sign for catering/delivery. Cleaning charges will apply if rubbish is not cleared.
Terms and Conditions: Hourly Rate: $75, minimum one hour charge
Daily Rate (6+ hours): $450, 24 hour cancellation or regular full charge.
Any reservations after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and all hours on weekends will also have after hours HVAC charges applied. Standard rate is $75/hour which will need to be made 72 hours in advance of your reservation.
