The Belmont and Balboa Room Rate: $60/hr
Presidio Rate: $70/hr
HVAC available from 6 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. If after hour HVAC is needed, please advise in reservation booking. After hours HVAC cost is $70/hour. Conference room will be unlocked 30 minutes prior to reservation time for customer set up. Food permitted. Must have representative present to sign for catering/delivery. A cleaning charge of $20 will apply if rubbish is not cleared.
Setup/Service/Cleanup Fee: $20
Parking: $7/hour, $16 Daily max
